Reservations

Deposit of $500 on 2 bedroom - $600 on 3 bedroom - $700 on 4 bedroom. Arrival of your deposit will be acknowledged. If not, contact us. Reservations are final afterdeposit and date acknowledged. Cancellation: Deposit refunded with at least 45 days notice. Less than 45 days, deposit will be refunded upon opening being filled minus $50 processing fee.

Children Free

Under 17 with own parent, before June 21 and after August 9. NO CHARGE ever for children 2 years and under.

Check-in and Check-out

During our summer season, check-in time is 4:30 p.m. and check-out time is 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays. Permission to arrive before 4:30 p.m. may be granted only by the owners, but cabins are NEVER available before 4 p.m. due to cleaning needs.

Linens

Our beds are supplied with mattress pads, blankets, bedspreads, and pillows. You have the choice of bringing your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels, or renting ours. If renting sheets, PLEASE reserve in advance.

Guest Laundry

Our guest laundry includes two coin-operated washers and three dryers, along with a folding table and chairs. The laundry is open 24 hours for your convenience. We request that you use biodegradable soap (available for purchase at the lodge) to protect our precious environment.

Policies

Brookside is a private facility established and maintained entirely for the use of our guests. We do, however, allow our guests to have visitors one day at no extra charge. Overnight visitors must be registered and will be charged the extra person rate when applicable. New in 2002 - For the health and comfort of our guests, we are extending our no-smoking policy to include all our cabins as well as our lodge.

Pets

We do not allow pets at Brookside. There will be no exceptions.

Deposit refunded with at least 45 days notice. Less than 45 days, deposit will be refunded upon opening being filled minus $25 processing fee.
